Hi, I’m Lucía Fasio. I come from a fitness background and am certified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I’m passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles through fitness and balanced nutrition.

I am also a Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University and a student member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. My studies have strengthened my holistic approach to wellness by recognizing the important connection between physical, mental, and emotional health.

I am committed to serving my community. I volunteered with The Lighthouse Project Outreach, supporting people experiencing homelessness, and I currently volunteer with Kamloops Immigrant Services, helping newcomers adjust to life in Canada.

I am also a proud mother of two girls who inspire me every day to live an active, healthy, and purposeful life.

I’m passionate about helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through sustainable fitness and lifestyle habits.
